Delivery & Returns


We provide a global fine art delivery service using secure packaging designed to protect your artwork. We only use specialist shipping companies that have a long track record of competence and reliability.

For clients in Europe you may expect receipt within 7-10 days, however, should you have a specific date in mind please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your deadline if at all possible.

For clients in Asia, the Americas, and Pacific please allow 10-14 days.

Whilst these are our normal targets for service please recognise that the means of shipping and delivery are at present affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and therefore supply chains can be affected but we will do our utmost to ensure continuity.

Your shipping costs will be determined by size and distance from the processing lab in Germany and are calculated for you at the check-out.


Your product should arrive in perfect condition. Please ensure that you check the packaging on receipt, if there is damage then do not sign to receive your package and contact us immediately.

In the event you discover a fault with the product, please contact our customer services within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or reimbursement.
